Cesar Klauer holds a Bachelor degree in Education - Letters and Humanities, from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and . He is currently working on his thesis for the Master in Education in TEFL from Universidad de Piura. He is also a holder of the Royal Society of Arts Diploma for Teachers of English and a Certificate in Materials Preparations from Bell College –Saffron Walden, England. Cesar has post graduate diplomas in Higher Education Pedagogy from Universidad de Lima and in Educational Management from Universidad Católica. At the moment, Cesar teaches at Univ. San Ignacio de Loyola, where he coordinates Remedial English and English IV as well as the Learning Space. He teaches at Univ. de Piura – Lima Campus and UPC and moderates the British Council email group of teachers of English ELTeCS PERU. His lecturing experience includes workshops and presentations all over Peru and internationally at congresses in Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico. His articles have appeared in local and international magazines and journals.
