ELTeCS stands for English Language Teaching Contacts Scheme. It is an e-mail group of teachers supported by the British
Council whose main interest is to network ELT professionals in order to exchange information, news, materials, and tips to
make our teaching better.
ELTeCS PERU is the local branch of the list. It was started on 18 May 2000 with 25 members. Its growth has been steady
and huge: 839 members ( 9 / 07 / 03 ) participate in this Peruvian forum.
